+ 0 moreCalled Jeremy Callen who answered but was unavailable today, so he referred me to his uncle Pat who came out on a Saturday, even though he had a class reunion scheduled and repaired unit quickly. Stayed to ensure it was working and explained in detail what had been done, giving me the replaced part.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and replaced capacitor.

+ -1 moreHe installed our furnace 10+ years ago and when we wanted a quote for air conditioning he came out within 1 day to give us a quote. Great communication. Was there to install when he said he would be. Cleaned everything up when he left. Final price was what was quoted. Very kind and courteous. Will definitely use again in the future.

+ 0 moreHE MET MY SON ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANOR. HE INFORMED MY SON THE A/C UNIT WAS STILL FULLY CHARGED AND COULD BE USED AGAIN.
Description of Work: I HIRED HIM TO EVACUATE AN OLD A/C UNIT SO MY SON COULD REMOVE THE FURNACE.HE AGREED TO SEND ME THE BILL. I RECEIVED IT 6/14/2011 AND PAID IT BY MAIL THE NEXT DAY. MY SON IS NOW ABLE TO INSTALL THE NEW FURNACE. I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN TO RECHARGE THE UNIT WHEN ITS READY.
