The windshield replacement work went fine. Part of his service included a lifetime rockchip repair service. When I received a rock chip, I contacted Gary to schedule a time for me to come to him to get fixed (his requirement). I have called and left messages a multitude of times with never ever receiving a call back. His response (from the couple of times he actually answered) was call me back in a day or two and he would get it taken care of. I have called almost on a daily basis without any reply back whatsoever. Gary seemed initially to be a decent guy but his professionalism is seriously lacking as he does not seem to care at all about any follow up service or making good on his promises and guarantee of service. I initially recommended his service to friends and family but have gone back to everyone I talked with to update them on his lack of good business and professionalism. I also have a career where I meet with many business owners/managers on a daily basis who some ask me about referrals of various types of business services and I am a strong proponent of recommending (and advising against) businesses who actually are worth recommending and this business certainly is not one of them.

Gary went over and above what we had originally agreed upon. Originally, he was to come to my work to replace the windshield in my car that I wanted to trade in. It required that he order a rain sensor for the windshield and a new windshield. The work was to be done on a Friday, however, we went looking for cars and ended up buying one and trading my car in, but I was still on the hook to replace the windshield. I called Gary and let him know that I had traded in the vehicle. Gary was more than willing to go to the dealership that I traded my car into and replaced it at the dealership. Due to it now being in a different location, he did have to reschedule to the following Monday. When Monday came, he called to inform me that the wrong sensor was shipped, but he had ordered one to be over-nighted and he would replace it on Tuesday. Gary went the extra 30 miles to the dealership on Tuesday and replaced the windshield at the dealership. This is not the first example of the great customer service I have seen Gary provide. We contacted King's auto a little over a year ago to replace several of the windshields on our work trucks at my place of employment. Other employees have been so impressed with Gary's work that they have had him replace their windshields as well. His prices are fair and his workmanship is top notch. He always calls back within a week to check and see if there are any issues with the workmanship. I would recommend King's Auto Glass and Repair to anyone looking for a fair and honest vendor for their business or personal vehicles.
