These guys were great. They came the same day we called and even called again to let me know they were on their way. They got my irrigation well and pump up and running again within a couple hours. So happy with their service and will use them again for sure.

We're in an area where the wells are going dry. Another company had drilled a new well for us but were had not yet put in the new pump. We had no water from our old well on a Friday afternoon, the drilling company could not get here until next week. This company called us back immediately upon contacting Angi. He had a crew here in about an hour and they took care of us. Super great crew, kowledgeable, and they had everything they needed to install a well pump right on their truck and we had water again, whew!! It looks like we also saved a couple thousand dollars having Custom Pump do this work compared to the bid we had from the well drillers. We can't recommend this company more highly.

The owner did not follow the standard procedure for disinfecting a well. Hence, his services were worthless!

They called me shortly after visiting Home adviser on line. We talked at 7:20am and they had ateam out to my house by 8:20am. Very professional. Diagnosed the problems we had with our well and I had water by 1:30pm. I highly recommend the excellent company!

Matt was very timely with all communication. Told me the worst case scenario so I could be prepared. Explained most likely scenario. Matt and his employees were very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely trust them to work on my well without me being there. Very trustworthy. Would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.

these guys were very good at what they did. Our pump went out and we were without water. They came in and replaced the existing jet pump with a submersible and had it done in under 3 hours even though the pump was located in the house, I will be hiring these folks again for another pump job I have

I was amazed. Matt was quick to respond to our outage of water. As we talked on the phone he asked pertinent questions that soon helped me realize his knowledge and thoroughness. He was so good that he walked me through some check points and diagnosed my problem over the phone. He told me exactly what to do and the problem which was electrical was quickly fixed. My well was up and running within minutes of his directions. Super great job from a true pro.

He showed up exactly when he said he would. Was very professional, nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any well pump needs.

Contacted business last Thursday. Was told that they would perform all tests on Friday and I would have all results on Monday. When I asked him if he was able to get into the home on Sunday, he responded that something else came up and he would get to it Monday. They did collect on Monday and I was then told I would have results Tuesday night. Received nothing. Contacted him Wednesday, received lab tests but no water flow tests. Requested it again and received a generic email. Asked for an invoice on letterhead. Said I would have it Wed. Night. Currently out of contract on the sale of my home because of him. The last thing I needed to get the inspection contingency lifted. Left a voicemail and sent a text this morning. Still no response...never. ever. Again would we use him on our multiple home flips per year. NEVER!
