I received numerous quotes for hardwood floor refinishing. Jon Colpron was the only one who I felt gave me his undivided attention and answered all my questions with courtesy and respect. After choosing him to refinish my floors, he continued to communicate with me regarding the contract and process. He was prompt and responsive on the project from start to finish. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Colpron Custom Floors LLC.

Hired Colpron to refinish our 15 year old wood floors. After job was complete we noticed almost every Crack in floor had oozed out some sort of sticky resin. Contacted Colpron and they did it was normal. After several more days, we were finally able to get Colpron to show up and see the floor. They said it was not normal, and that it must be a warrantee issue with floor sealant company they used. They said bit to worry, I paid food money, they would take care of me and repair the floor. After a few weeks they were finally able to come out to do the work. Upon arrival they said the floors were damaged by my negligence to keep moisture just right in home. And that they would charge $1500. Now to repair floors We had to hire another company to repair floors and are taking Colpron to court.
