We hired these folks to revamp our back yard. Added concrete, landscaping and a fire pit. Very happy about the process/end product.

This company was constructing a complete residential landscaping plan for a new home. I watched them across my back fence for weeks. I have had years of experience with property ownership from construction to ownership and management. The detail and care taken by this crew from grading to rock placement to use of concrete in the final design are impressive. I have brought friends and neighbors in to observe the finished job. While completing the work for my neighbor, I hire the company to do a job for me. Very satisfied with Nick and the entire crew. I will hire this company in the future.

Nick of Modern Landscape was the only one of three companies sent to us by Home Advisor who called promptly and came out when he said he would. His bid was about $1,000 less than the other two we got. We were very pleased with the end result, especially the curved corners at every turn in our walkway (which required a lot of extra paver cutting), which look good and increase the safety of walking to our garage and the front gate of our courtyard. All of the workers were courteous, and they did a very good job. Our only tiny little complaint was that they showed up to start working the first day with no real notice, but we plan to use them for future projects.

Modern did a great job, they were on time and very safe. Would use this company again if needed.

We are very pleased with the job Modern Concrete did for us . Nick responded ,bid the job and had his crew on the job exactly on the day and time He said he would. Excellent hard working crew ,they removed countless yards of dirt flooring, spread it out exactly where we wanted it . They delivered the base rock , spread it , packed it and used their laser level to achieve the correct slope and grade cleanly matching up to existing concrete leaving no trip hazards.This was 60 x 40 dirt floor , a 34 yard pour in Horseshoe Bend,ID in January. His crew made it look easy. They picked up after themselves and returned two days later, snapped lines and made all the necessary saw cut joints.We hope to build in the spring and look forward to having Nick and Modern Concrete and Modern Landscape bid on our foundation and flat work ..Excellent work!

Completed an overhaul to both the back and front yards, tearing everything out and starting over from scratch. Brought in new top soil, added proper grading and slopes for drainage, added a new sprinkler system, sod, curbing, weed barrier, perma bark, decorative retaining walls, driveway width extensions, walkway demo and replacement, and new trees. They did it all, price matched a competitor as well, and did a completely amazing job.

After one failed attempt to have a 2 row rock wall installed, we found Modern Landscape. We now have a beautiful 2 row rock wall approximately 80 feet long. We could not be happier with the service, and price. The crew arrived early and ready to work. They had the proper equipment and knowledge to complete the job. We will certainly use Modern Landscape again and again.
