The Appliance Service Company were the BEST. I was schedule for an appointment Friday and Justin went out of his way Thursday and checked out the problem with my washer. The best customer service I have seen in years. I highly recommend them for any appliance service you need. Overall great experience

We hired Justin to fix my in-laws washing machine that has needed to be jury-rigged to work. When he called, he new exactly the issue and part he needed. He came out the next day and fixed it. Price was very reasonable. We'll hire him for all future appliance repairs needed. Justin was professional and personable.

Justin was friendly, knowledgeable, and quite competent. He explained the problem with my refrigerator to me, and he told me what he intended to do to fix it before he got started. Same day service was refreshing. Justin even suggested that I might be able to use my warranty to fix the problem instead of hiring his company! I chose to have him do the work, and I'm very satisfied. I would recommend the Appliance Service Company, LLC to my friends an neighbors.

Justin gave me the cost in advance for the visit to check out my dryer problem and did a thorough tune-up job on it. Very prompt and clear communication -- explained all that was to be done. Good guy to hire! I'll definitely call him in the future for appliance repairs.
