We needed to hire someone because we knew we had a mold issue. What we received from presidential was a report that said yes, we had a mold issue. What we asked for was what did we need to do to fix, they said they did not do that. We had to hire another company to test and tell us what we needed to do to fix. Presidential was a waste for us.
