 + -1 morePhil was excellent. We were in a time crunch, and he graciously fit us into his schedule and even gave us a fair price. Was very punctual, and finished the project on time as promised. Would definitely hire him again.

 + 1 moreThis guy is awesome! I mean he is 27 shades of AWESOME! He is punctual and professional, and I don't know why I ever let my husband wall paper my kitchen! He's got old school work ethics. He's there when he say's he's going to be there, and he cleans up after himself. In a million years I would use Phil! We are going to use him to paint 3 bedrooms, one at a time.
Description of Work: I hired Phil's Painting and Paper to install wallpaper. He is resurfacing all the walls, and then he is wallpapering, and applying wood trim.
