Chris does an excellent job of communicating and making sure that he is on the same page with the customer. Will offer suggestions if needed. The bath and the floor turned out beautifully. Would highly recommend Eagle Tile and Stone. The configuration I wanted for the floor in the master bath included small squares that the tile did not come in. Chris cut each small square out for me so I could have what I wanted.

I called Chris on a Thursday and he said he could come by that afternoon, I agreed. I called about two hours later and he said he was 10 minutes away, I told him we couldn't go into the bathroom because my hardwood flooring contractor just put the last coat of finish on the bedroom floor. I suggested that he come after 7 pm, he said he was committed to do something with his family. He asked if it would be alright to come by at 7 am in the morning, I said yes. He showed up on time and gave me a price and confirmed it via e-mail. He also said he could start Tuesday less than a week and a half away. I e-mailed him on Saturday him on that he should plan on doing the job. He called me on Monday and said he would have his schedule firmed up on Friday (the day after Thanksgiving). He called on Friday and said he start Tuesday morning around 10:30. He showed up Monday afternoon and asked if he drop of some Material which I agreed to. He also decided to break out about 5 lineal feet of tile that was a edge band on the floor. He wanted it ready to prep on Tuesday. He arrived on Tuesday and completed the prep and cleaned up very nicely. He said he would be back on Wednesday about 11:00 - 11:30, he arrived a little early and laid the floor. He came on Thursday and grouted and cleaned up. He is a tradesman in the original meaning of the word. Everything was done by the book and of the highest quality. I know I was a Tile and Stone-Setter, but age and back problems cause me to hire out the work. Note: Chris's price wasn't the lowest or highest, butis was complete.
