 + -1 moreDamaged Stucco wall on house. Did not schedule his repair person as promised. Had to ask for an advance of final payment in order to be able to purchase materials. Threatened legal action as well as placing a lien on our property when we attempted to have the stucco repaired on our own.

Description of Work: Mike finished what another carpenter started but couldn't finish. He knew clever ways to deal with all the problem areas that were left undone. He completed the siding on my house.
