Our staff has a combined experience of over 60 years and gives them a unique advantage over the competition. Aqua Pro repairs all make and models of spas. We repair automatic covers, controls & electronics, filters, heaters, lighting, pumps, & salt systems. Our maintenance program consists of weekly or bi-weekly spa and or pool maintenance.

Claimed defects in Spa cover were due to our abuse. Zero customer service effort while it appears they have been packing up and moving to Boise. 11-15-13 **Updated response to Aqua Pro's comments below 1) No Shovel was used on this cover 2) "Working" with us meant them asking us to send them pictures of the material flaws and them determining we used a shovel from pictures, 3) In order to appeal to their judgement of "abuse " the option was to ship the cover to the manufacturer and wait a month for their evaluation. 4) There was not even a visit to actually see the cover by any Aqua Pro Staff 5) Winter the year of 2012/2013 was so mild that we used a snow blower only three times all winter 6) We originally reported 4 defects in the cover, but to date there are now over a dozen material defects in this cover 7) Truth be told, these guys couldn't be bothered to back up their customer with the manufacturer--Ideal Spa Covers 8) My suggestion is to try another company with a higher customer commitment before desperation leads you to these clowns 9) They want this review to sound as if it comes from an unreasonable customer, but it is truly form a dissatisfied one.
Description of Work: Warranty support of spa cover purchase is non-existent. Blamed us for abuse of it, while even today it continues to disintegrate. Don't buy a spa cover from these guys because if you have a problem they refer you to the manufacturer Aqua Pro does not back up all things they sell,

I am sorry [member name removed] feels this way. In an area such as Hailey that gets the amount of snow that they receive damage caused by user error is an unfortunate occurrence. [member name removed]'s cover was damaged do to clearing snow off the cover with a snow shovel. We have been doing business up in the Wood River Valley for over 14 years and all customers are advised not to use shovels on their covers for this is the number one reason for warranty denial. We even go as far as encouraging customers put plywood on their covers during the winter months. In [member name removed]'s case the damage that was present on his cover was clearly caused by user error (snow shovel). The manufacturer not Aqua Pro voided the warranty. We attempted to work with [member name removed], but he refused anything that was not a brand new FREE cover. At Aqua Pro we feel we go above and beyond to ensure our customers become "raving fans". I wish things like this did not happen, but as a business we can only go so far to ensure customer satisfaction, and unfortunately [member name removed] felt we needed to go beyond that point.
