+ -1 moreI gave another company a call first and that didn't go well, because they couldn't even diagnose the problem. Being a single woman I tend to be quite leery of seeking any kind of service work. I ultimately had to do something quick or I would lose all of the food in my refrigerator. I called Andy and he came over the same day and at the time agreed upon. He introduced himself in a friendly and professional manner. He proceeded to diagnose the problem which was almost immediately after looking in the refrigerator. He gave me a diagnoses along with my options for repair. He answered all my questions completely. He went above and beyond by cleaning the coils, too. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work!
Description of Work: I had an issue with my refrigerator not cooling.
