carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreHORRIBLE. On July 13, 2016 two individuals from this company came to my home to clean my carpets. Within a minute or two of their departure I noticed eight of my wife's rings were missing from a stationary armoire style jewelry box kept in her walk in closet. The box is very large and quite difficult to move. Fortunately, I had taken pictures of her rings and watches about a half hour prior to the cleaners arrival. I notified the police immediately and a police report was filed. To my knowledge no arrests have been made to date. What I do no for certain is that the rings were in the box a half hour prior to the cleaners arrival, they were no longer there a few minutes after they left and no one other than the responding police officers was in my home that entire day. I'll leave it to you to draw your own conclusions, but, I will never hire this company again.
Description of Work: I needed carpets cleaned in four rooms and a walk in closet.
