4 Seasons Window & Blind Cleaning

I paid for these services in January of this year. The only service he provided at the time was re-screening of the window screens. Since then it has been nothing but no-shows and the runaround and trying to get him to come out and clean the windows and blinds. Avoid this business. I have heard from a competitor that he has a reputation for no-shows. Life is too short to waste it on flaky operations when there are plenty out there grateful for your business.

Bought a 4 wash package and tried getting a hold of him over 25 times to no avail. Don't use this guy. He is a scam artist!

He did a great job. I will definitely use him again.

Eric is a scammer. He sold me several follow up cleanings at discount. He could not be scheduled for those cleanings, made multiple excuses, lied, and cheated me out of $125. He said he would refund, and same issues followed; lies, excuses, etc. He does not intend to do the work he is paid up front to do. WORD OF CAUTION: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! He should not be in business. I will see him in court!

Unable to comment on quality of work as it was never done.. On Sept. 2, 2016 I called the phone number got a recording and left a message for them to call me back to set an appointment to have the exterior windows in the house cleaned. I never heard back from the firm. On Sept 12, 2016 I again called the firm, got an answer and set an appointment for 10AM Sept 17, 2016. On Sept 17 no one ever showed up or contacted me to advise that they were unable to keep the appointment. On Sept. 19, 2016 I again called the firm and rescheduled for Sept 23, 2016 at 2 PM. It is now Sept 29, 2016 and no one has shown up or called

I bought a Groupon, which is something I've done many times in the past. He gave me a story about how he doesn't make any money with the Groupon and he really just uses it because he needs business. Then he high-pressure sold me a package of 4 pre-paid window cleans. He said he will usually call every season to schedule if he hasn't heard from the customer. I thought it sounded ok so I went with it. The first window clean was fine. Then spring passed, didn't hear from him, wasn't too worried. Fall is almost over and I've called at least 5 times to try and schedule with no luck. He won't answer his phone. I finally got ahold of him one day and scheduled for today - and he no-showed. I called to ask why and he blamed it on me and said I had the wrong date written down. I know that's not true. THEN . . . I look online. He has a BBB rating of F and apparently I am FAR from the first person he has done this to. He is running a SCAM! On top of that he recently filed bankruptcy and as a felony for multiple DUIs.

They came on a special deal. He wasn't pressuring me to sell me anything else. He just told me about the deal and it sounded great. I can use it any time. They were very efficient and were on time. They were neat.
