I don't recommend Environment Control. Their billing practices are questionable. Kyle wrote in his invoice that I made an "off hours" initial call. I called at 9am on a Monday. Not sure how that is considered "off hours." but ok. When my insurance questioned other inconsistent billing practices on their invoice, as they do have a right, the owner of the company charged $200 an hour to review their email, thereby increasing my total to over a thousand dollars more and added an administrative fee. Then they placed a lien on my home even though my insurance already sent the check. When I called the front desk to complain, the front desk receptionist said that's just how they deal with insurance to get paid. Customers beware. I had a very stressful situation and they made it much worse by having questionable billing practices. But apparently you're not allowed to question it. Or else they'll charge you extra and put a lien against your home.

In these days of hard to get anyone to even call you back for anything, the service reminded me of how things used to be. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Kyle was a true professional while performing a mold inspection in our house. He went above and beyond in achieving a thorough inspection of a suspected problem area. Highly recommend this company.
