When getting your sprinkler system winterized, if you get a group of neighbors at the same time, the price drops significantly. Otherwise for just yourself, it's pricey. I would recommend the company give an invoice and business card to the customer at the end of service. Arrived in a timely manner, gave helpful tips on what to plant in yard.

Very courteous and professional. Ken called on the Friday before a Monday appointment to confirm time and offered to move it up to the weekend. I was thrilled they could come out sooner, as I needed sprinkler repair to deal with a leak. The person who performed the work (I think his name was Adam) was thorough and a great communicator. It seems to me this company truly cares about doing good work, and prices were reasonable. I will definitely use them as my go-to sprinkler tune-up and repair company.

Overall easy to work with and they had lots of flexibility in scheduling which was great. Got the work done quick and well. Would love their system to send some sort of automated text when the appointment is booked as confirmation.

They generally want to make sure the work is done well and the customer is happy. They know what they are doing and their price was reasonable. They re-vamped our sprinkler system after concrete deck was poured and we now have them coming back twice a year for maintenance. Plan to have them back next Spring for landscape project

The two young men were prompt with a call and able to fix our problem even on a Sunday morning.

First appointment was made for a Sunday. No show, no call. I called Monday and found out there were unforeseen issues. (Phone call would have been a plus). I was placed in the cue for missed appointments. I was told “probably Wednesday”. Again, no update. Finally came today (Thursday) and couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. As a matter of fact, I am going to have them install a water feature (very reasonably priced)! So, bumpy start but good ending.

Adam did an excellent job, and was efficient with his time. Ken and Adam came out on a Sunday and rewired the system to get our system going and saving the lawn from getting any drier.

Came to my rescue within a week when everybody else gave me a month time frame, made my repair a priority in the midst of his already busy schedule, highly reccomend.

First and foremost Ken was exceptionally knowledgeable and competent with my system, which he had never seen before... troubleshooting and resolving the issue... I would wholeheartedly recommend him to help you. I got several of his cards and will gladly pass them on.... Prompt, courteous and very fair in cost !
