Called on Monday AM, about 10 and got someone who said Rick would call back. Heard nothing so called again and got a message. As of 8:30AM Wednesday I have heard nothing so will try someone else.

They do excellent work, were here on time and very reasonably priced.

Called Rick. He was able to come over the same day and diagnosis the problem. I had already removed the front kick plate to see under the washer. Right off the bat he showed me where one of the two shock absorbers was broken. Then took off the tubes leading to the discharge pump and removed on obstruction he found there. He reattached the electrical to the pump and it appeared to work properly although it was still making a fair amount of noise. He reattached the hoses then tested by running the cycle to fill the drum then turned it so it emptied the drum. It worked. Rick said he could return tomorrow with the shock absorber. He recommended putting a few loads through the machine that night to ensure it was working properly. I ran two loads through the washer that night. First load ran properly, second load didn't drain again. Rick called the next morning after getting the price of the shock absorbers to check and ensure it was okay. I informed him that it didn't drain last night, he said he'd check on the price of a replacement pump and call me right back. He called back within about 10 minutes with the price of a new pump, which was close to the price I was finding them for on the internet. He stated he also had some good reconditioned pumps that he had repaired for about half the price of a new pump. I went for the reconditioned pump. Rick came at the agreed upon time and replaced the shock absorbers and the pump. His price was very reasonable and after three loads, all seems to be going well. I would highly recommend Rick.

Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable on the issue I had with my washer. He was punctual, friendly, and fairly priced.

Punctual. Checked everything before settling in on the thermostat. Also replaced dryer hose and clamps for no extra cost. Willing to return @ no cost if the dryer did not work as expected.

He did such a good job and he was so reasonable. There were just a couple wires that needed to be connected.

Rick was courteous on the phone and provided same-day service. He called to see if it was OK to arrive earlier than expected, having finished an earlier job ahead of schedule. He repaired my mother's washing machine with a minimum of fuss (seemed to know what he was doing) and checked to be sure it was operating properly. The price was very reasonable and he gave her a senior citizen's discount. He pointed out his phone number on the paperwork and told her to call him if the problem occurred again and he wouldn't charge if he had to come out again for the same problem. We will definitely call him for future appliance repair needs.

Had problems with the refrigerator not getting cold and frozen food was thawing. Since I live alone and work all day, I thought it would be a problem to get a repair. I called Rick and he said he could fit me in after I got home from work. He showed up on time, and had the problem diagnosed in just a few minutes. He installed a new heater and my fridge was working again in less than 45 minutes. Very professional, and I am happy with the service.

Quick response time, prompt service call, courteous and professional. Made every effort to troubleshoot the problem for the least expense to me. Didn't go for the "you need a new control panel" approach, rather is taking the time to troubleshoot the problem and save me money if possible....really appreciate that!

Service was excellent and because the repair took very little time he only charged the service fee to come to the house. Highly recommended
