Horrible work. Had a broken pipe in winter and a new water heater installed at my elderly mothers house. A two man team showed up consisting of an apprentice and helper and claimed to fix it minus one 3/8 attachment to the toilet. My lawyer has now informed me having no journeyman present is a violation of state law. They said they would be back for the final attachment and then it’s done” After at least 8 ignored calls with messages, and over 3 months of not returning calls we had to hire another plumber not only to fix the water heater that never worked due to hookup, but the plumbing as well. When water was added after the “only item left” wasn’t complete, we found out how shoddy the work was. Water sprayed pretty much from everything they had done. Called and finally was able to get someone to speak to us and I complained they left us in a horrible situation for 3 months. Was told “you are in no worse a spot than when we got there. And we have more important clients.” Except we paid 3k for nothing and were completely blown off and ignored all winter. Had to hire a proper plumber to come in assess and visually document all the shoddy work for us and repair it professionally to completion. This is documented along with qualifications and is being taken to the state. Completely unprofessional and beyond rude. Abandoned job and we had to rework all they did after waiting months for a return call or someone to put in “one attachment.” Do not use even if they are the last option. From start to finish, excellent friendly service. Had 6 plumbers here at one time when needed to stay ahead of other tradesmen.
