Brent arrived shortly thereafter. He was very personable and was very thorough and explained what he would be doing and what we should watch for. He sprayed in the house, garage, around the house (both ground and eaves), behind shutters. I don't think he missed a thing. He took his time and checked everywhere. He even found a Hobo spider outside. We had never heard of them so he explained that, if bitten by one, it's advisable to seek medical attention. So far, although this is the first day, we've been quite pleased with the way everything went. We hope the good service will continue through the year.

They put bait stations at 4 sides of my house. They sprayed and powdered for the yellow jackets. My problems are gone. The cost is 89.00 every 3 months. They spray for spiders too.

Polite and professional. My one area of dis-satisfaction is that the office calls and leaves a message as to when they will be out to spray. I almost always have to call them back and reschedule. I think it would be more efficient if they would call to remind you to schedule the appointment, letting you know what days and times are available. I do think they are a little pricey, but the results are good.

The inspector fit me in between his appointments for a free inspection the next day! I felt a lot of relief after he went through my house and I was able to ask all of the questions I could possibly think of for him. He was polite even though I asked many questions. I tried to offer him some sort of compensation, and he wouldn't take it. Seemed very honest and reliable, and he would be welcome back to my house anytime.

This is the first time I have used Pointe Pest Control. I was very impressed by their technicians neat appearance and professional yet friendly demeanor . He was patience as we had to move people and pets around. Very good first visit.

We've had good luck with them. We like them. If we have a problem, they come out right away. Their prices are competitive. The spiders, which were our main concern, are gone. They are real flexible; they come when we need them rather than at their convenience. My sister and brother also use them and they are happy with them.
