 + -1 moreCleaning personnel showed up promptly on time and was polite, courteous, and nice. The job was done fast and the results were good, although I don't have much of a basis for comparison. Also, while I didn't obtain bids from a lot of companies, it did seem to be slightly on the expensive side. Overall, I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

 + -1 moreVERY WELL! The carpets were cleaned in an empty house, which made cleaning easy and I had vacuumed the floors really good before arrival. This helped in time and effort.
Description of Work: I had all the carpets cleaned in a newly purchased house and the cleaning needed to be pet and child friendly. Not knowing exactly what all the stains were, there was a lot of previous pet smells and spills. The carpets came very clean and the pet smells were gone by the time the moving in was started. The only thing I was not impressed with was that he did not have a "buffing" machine to clean the stairs (split-level) in the same fashion as the rest of the house. The carpets were never saturated and dried very quickly.

 + -1 moreThey moved the furniture and put protective stuff underneath the furniture because there was some wood that was going to be sitting on the carpet. It was a really good experience. They were really professional and nice. It was pretty fast and they did a good job. It looked really good.
Description of Work: I used Naturalist Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning to clean the carpets in our main living room and 3 bedrooms.
