I called in the afternoon the first day, and then called him back the next morning. He apologized for not getting to return my call right away and then asked for details of what was wrong with my appliance. After describing the problem he said he would be able to come that same day and that it most likely would be a quick, easy (and inexpensive) fix. He gave me an approximate time for his call and when he found he was running late called to let me know that as well. He charged me only for the initial service call and the cost of the replacement part, which he had with him. The entire repair was done within 15 minutes. I appreciated him giving us the information on how to do this kind of repair ourselves if it would happen again, and his cheerfulness and courtesy were most welcome. I will definitely call him for any other appliance repairs we might need.

Our Amana fridge was no longer working. Mike first walked me through a diagnosis over the phone, determined that a fan was out, and we scheduled a replacement and repair for the next day, time to order the part. He called me back a few minutes later saying that he thought he new a source for the part locally, and didn't want to see us without a fridge for a day, and asked if he could come out in the next few hours. We were delighted just at that, but it gets better. Once he had the cover off and inspected the fan, he realized that it was not broken at all, but just not completely connected. Even though he had already purchased the replacement art, and could have easily told me that it needed to be replace, he didn't, he just said, "Well, its fixed!" No charge for the part, just a nominal charge for the quick labor and house call. This is the way service is supposed to be. He has my appliance repair business for life!

he arrived on time and was very nice..immediately knew what the problem was and fixed the problem and proceeded to show me how to check if i had the problem again...great job...when he left for another appt..he said he would stop by after to make sure everything was still working..i would highly recommend!!!

I appreciated the prompt arrival of the repairman, the no-nonsense way he went about the repair, his friendliness. I like not having to agree to a crazy amount ahead of time for the service call, just a simple fee plus the cost of the part. Nice.
