Lakeside Custom Plumbing

When my 18 year old water heater died suddenly, (and after I attempted to fix it to no avail) I checked Angie's list for recommended plumbers in my area. I called three that were rated well, were insured and bonded, and had websites. I was looking to replace my 50 gallon water heater with a more efficient one, and possibly a tankless water heater. Matt at Lakeside Custom Plumbing asked a bunch of questions, determined that a tankless was going to be too difficult and expensive to install and pointed me in the direction of a tank that would meet my water demand needs. After checking with the other plumbers (who were also responsive), I opted to use Lakeside. His quote was middle of the three, and he was available the next day (the others weren't). He and his employee showed up promptly, they were professional and easy to talk to, installed the unit quickly and hauled out the old tank. I also took a few minutes of his time to problem solve another plumbing issue, and he told me what I needed to do that will likely save me time and money later. I would gladly recommend him again, and will use him for future plumbing issues.

The house we bought was a foreclosure and it was mess. They did great work and in a timely manner. Very easy to work with and the price was fair. I will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

They were here two days ago and will be coming back. He isn't as prompt as the other service was, but he's very personable, professional and works well.
