+ -1 moreRick and his King of Clean crew made this sectional cleaning job so easy. I knew it needed to be done and I was dreading it because the last thing I needed at this time was another project and theft of my time. Rick sensed how stressed and tired I was from weeks of packing up a large home in preparation to downsize and move, after the sale. So they told me to pretend they weren't there at all. They completed the big job smoothly, without a single disruption for me. I respected that. The story of how the job went is summarized above, so I'll just end by saying, "Had I known it would have been so seamless, so non-intrusive, so thorough, and so perfectly executed, with results that I'm actually enjoying right now, I would have had this monster cleaned sooner. I LOVE the results. I cant' recommend highly enough the ultra-professional skills of King of Clean, and high expectations of owner Rick Carlson of Post Falls. I'll never hire a different cleaner. Description of Work: While preparing to move, I hired Rick Carlson, owner of King of Clean in Post Falls, ID, to clean a gigantic 7-piece soft tan fabric sectional with attached cushions. The large sectional had been sitting uncovered in my garage for years and clearly needed a deep cleaning in addition to refurbishing the surfaces for use in my new condo. Rick and King of Clean, with the crew of just two men, transformed that dingy long-neglected 29 year-old favorite couch into a fresh, clean, bright, good-as-new focal piece of a stunning media room. They did the work right in the garage where the large couch sat, so I didn't have to disrupt my packing or schedule to move it. This also was a cost-saving step for me. I've attached a photo of the couch in its new setting. Everyone asks where I got my new couch! I will heartily recommend Rick Carlson and King of Clean to every family, residence, commercial business, public entity, retirement home... to absolutely anyone who has a furniture, carpet, flooring, or difficult cleaning need.
