Jeff was friendly and showed up on time to clean our carpets and air ducts before our new baby was born, while he was here he mentioned the dryer vent which we had as well, I am so thankful he did the work. Our dryer vent was so full and he found our heating system book along with dog hair in our air ducts. Everything is clean and ready for our sweet baby to come!

We gave Jeff an overall grade of "A". He arrived on time,, was prepared to do the work that was required. He completed the work in roughly 3 hours. The carpet was heavily stained from server years without a thorough cleaning. It looks almost new now that it is dry. We would recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning to anyone who is looking for quality work, professionally done.

We contacted the provider on March 10 and purchased their $99 deal for three rooms of carpet cleaning. The provider contacted us the same day to tell us that they only served customers in Idaho. We replied on March 10 that we would like a refund. They responded on the same day saying that this was the first time that they had sold anything from Angie's List; that they would find out how to get a refund. I didn't hear anything from them by Monday March 17, so I sent them a message inquiring on whether any progress had been made securing a refund. Their response was that they had checked with Angie's List last week. They said that I should have had a refund by now. They also offered to follow up with Angie's List in a day or two, which would have been Tuesday or Wednesday this week. I replied on the 17th thanking them for checking and that I would notify them if I got a refund in the meantime. Even though they couldn't do the work requested, they demonstrated good customer service in getting me a refund.

The owner, Jeff, was awesome!! I was in need of cleaning services after a major remodel. The house had been horribly dusty for a couple of months. Heaven?s Best was the third business I called because the first two never called me back! I phoned Jeff after hours in the evening and he actually answered the phone. That immediately impressed me. I wanted to get scheduled quickly and Jeff delivered. He arrived promptly on time and went straight to work and didn?t stop for 6-1/2 hours! He was very personable, professional and he took the time to do the job right. I?m so glad I found him. He?s my guy for cleaning now. I was very impressed. My place looked absolutely awesome when he was done. Then, a few days went by and I received a Thank You card in the mail from Jeff, thanking me for my business. I couldn?t believe it! Who does that? Try him out. You?ll be very happy you did.

Jeff was friendly, punctual and very professional. He did a great job getting the stains and odor out of our carpet (we have 3 dogs). We were very impressed with the job he did. I've also been impressed by his professionalism and flexibility. I've scheduled with Jeff to stretch and clean carpet and had to cancel twice recently. He's been understanding and flexible about making things work for me. Great guy, great company. Highly recommend!

Jeff was very prompt...even arrived early. He took his time in cleaning the carpets and was quite thorough, meticulous, and courteous. I appreciated that the cleaning solution was natural and non-toxic and that the carpets dried quickly. We were very satisfied with Heaven's Best, and would use them again.

I called Jeff Hill from Heaven's Best at the last minute and yet he was able to get out within a couple of days. Jeff is not the type of business owner that doesjust enough to get by. He went way beyond my expectations, my carpet looks and feels like new and the tile in my kitchen shines. I would recommend Jeff more than any other company I have used in the last 20 years. This isn't an exaggeration, just a fact. I will definitely call him again the next time I need the carpets or floors done. My daughter was over while Jeff was working and she was also very impressed by the work he did. CALL HIM, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!
