From start to finish I was satisfied with the professionalism and expertise of Computer Guru.
Description of Work: My computer had some serious virus problems. Wade worked on my computer for 4 days, completely restoring it to its healthy state! I feel like I have a new computer. I called him at least three times to check on the progress of my computer, and he returned my calls immediately, keeping me updated. I feel like I got more for my money than I expected.

After traveling for several months and not using my computer, I realized I had forgotten my password. After trying many different "possibles", I called for help. (and no, I did not have my backup disk). Wade answered the phone on the second ring, was very courteous, briefly explained how he could help and even quoted a very reasonable price. I went immediately to his shop and the work was completed within 15 mins. He was busy with other jobs, but was courteous and friendly and took time for a couple of my questions. I would definitely contact him for any computer issue. Great experience!!

My overall experience with them has been excellent. I've always had wonderful service with them. They have allowed me to make payments on different services they have done for me. They're always accurate at problem solving. They communicate well with me.
Description of Work: I switched internet providers. I had him come out to make sure that everything was working. He also fixed the sluggishness of the computer.
