+ -1 moreI was told a specific price and told it wouldn't be a problem that i didn't know my size of my rooms. I took the day off of work and moved all my furniture, when they showed up they said they couldn't do it for the promised price. I was not happy with my experience.
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment to have them clean the carpets throughout the house.

+ -1 moreI talked to them for a minute, and I told them to go ahead and do the work. The carpets were clean. I had a hard time getting in touch with them.

+ -1 moreThey've always done a good job. I'm actually due to have them come out again soon to do another cleaning. They have also been able to sanitize the floors as well which was nice as I have a cat. I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: They come out a couple of times a year to clean my carpets. They clean my two bedrooms, a big common room and a hallway or two. I have used them for this now for about 15 years.
