Horrible they broke my wheels on my door and the wanted me to pay another 92 for labor and 15 per wheel they broke. Then when I went down there to talk to the store manager she slammed her bag down and use profanity. The day before when I called to complain that it was broken she hung up on me twice and then demanded I come and see her face-to-face the next day. This place will talk sweet to you to get your business and once they break something or ruin something there as rude as can be

Very badly

Mis-measured one shower door panel twice resulting in two useless panels. Brought the wrong hinges for the other custom made shower door install resulting in a two week delay. Returned with the right hinges but could not make the door fit. Technician insisted we pay for a useless door. Office manager was useless at settling the issue. Technician attempted to blame us saying he told us the door would not fit but we insisted he install it anyway. Dishonest and incompetent. Hired another company to complete the job.

I called one day and was asked for my name and number and told to expect a call back when the scheduler returned from lunch. Several days went by with no contact. When I called back, I was told that they were still building the schedule based on when there would be other work in my part of town. I was tentatively scheduled for the next Monday and told they couldn't give me time window, but that I'd get a call before they came. Halfway through appointment day with no contact, I started to worry that maybe the "tentative" had turned into a "not". I called and was assured that yes, they would still be coming and that she would have the workmen call me to confirm. Well, I stayed by the phone all day. Nobody called and nobody showed up. I had errands I should have run and declined an invitation so that I could stay home for this appointment. I guess my time isn't worth anything to the folks at Cd'A Glass. I would strongly discourage calling them for any reason.

This was a referral from my contractor, I have been trying to get a quote for almost 2 months. I called and asked Ken to provide a quote by contacting my renter to arrange access. I waited about 3 weeks and if never happened. I called ken again to check progress and he remembered but hadn't followed through, he said he would contact them and leg me know. Here I am more weeks wasted and renter says he never calls when he is supposed to. Time to gives up and move on but very frustrated with them and weeks wasted, have to start all over again!
