+ 0 moreWe live 25 mile from Cda. We received prompt courteous service at a very reasonable rate. They will be our source for any future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: We discovered hot water was leaking somewhere. We called Oakland in the morning and they arrived in early afternoon after calling to say they were on the way. Upon arriving, they quickly found the leak in the crawl space under the house. Repairs were performed and we are back to normal.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish, the process was detailed and promptly and professionally completed. The installation required three separate work sessions that spanned about a week. (I told the contractor that I was in no hurry and that he could work at his convenience.) The cost was lower than estimated by another contractor a year earlier for lesser quality materials. I'm very pleased with the funace, related materials and installation. I look forward to the addition of the A/C condenser next spring by this same contractor. Neat work done by persons I trust.
Description of Work: Contractor replaced an old gas furnace with a new unit, and prepped the heating unit for addition of A/C in near future. Pros and cons of various options for repair or replacement of old furnace were discussed.
