He had an estimator at our property right away and fit us in their very busy schedule. From the staff at the front desk to the guys in the field, I have nothing but praise for this company. Based on my research, I was expecting a bid of $5-6K for stripping off old roof and replacing with new architectural grade shingles. His bid included replacing the hail-dented turbine vents with a ridge vent. That's a killer deal. Since he's been in business for 20 years and has no claims against him at the BBB and he was local, I'll be contacting him again when a roofing need arises.

Hired the company to install a new roof on my remodel. Office staff is excellent and kept me well informed. They made my schedule their schedule, clean and professional crew. Did a great job. Haven't had a problem with my roof since it was installed. My neighbors were so impressed that they contacted them to do their roof a few years later! Great company!

The contractor came to the house and examined the leak we had on the ceiling of our closet. He climbed up on the roof and found a rusty nail coming out of a shingle which was the cause of the leak. He put some metal flashing down, caulked the area and then replaced the shingle with a good nail. He advised me to call him if it didn't take care of the problem and he would come back out. It rained the day after he fixed the spot and there was no further leaking. He advised me that the roof should last another 5 years or so. There was no charge for the service.

So, We had them go ahead and do some shingle replacements and a few repairs, which they did in a timely manner. They were supposed to come back the next spring to put shingles over the old ones and replace the roof vents. I called them several times. I was told they would get back to me. After awhile, (a few months) I called back. Again I was told they would get back. Well winter came, and Winter went. In the spring of 2012 I called them back, I asked if they would still honor the old bid, they said they would, so I asked when they could get started. Once again I was told, and quot;Someone would contact me.and quot; Now here it is May 2013 and the work has yet to be done. Now i have to find NOT Just roofers, but drywallers as well.

They were excellent. I would use them again in the future if needed.

I had them come down to building site and give me a quote for installing a new metal roof on a 8800 sq ft office building. (So far so good) Nobody showed up on day of material delivery I had to have one of my employees help with unloading materials. The first day they showed up to start installation one of thier employees ran over a freshly pourd concrete curb. Besides the roof leaking from day one and thier refusal to come correct the problem. The roof materials do not line up at ridge as they should (approximately three inches off). They continue to blame a leaky roof on my HVAC contractor and no the roof wasn't installed and then my HVAC contractor came in and made changes to thier work. I had my HVAC contractor on site placing thier roof penetrations on the roof the first day the roofing contractor showed up. I made sure all roof penetrations were in place so that my roofing contractor could make the nessesary ajustments to insure that my new roof wouldn't leak. After several months of trying to get them back down to make the nessesary repairs my roof is still leaking now causing damage to the interior of a finished building.

During appraisal Cand K identified the problem and showed me how they would permanently fix the leaks. When they came to do the repair, they were done within a few hours and I have not had any leaking since. They really know thier stuff.

They did a fine job and their price was fair.

I lost quite a few shingle in the late winter storms. I chose C and K Roofing because I wanted a reliable job done. I called to schedule an estimate. It just over a week for them to come out because of their busy schedule. Even though they couldn't make the first appointment I was contacted promptly to reschedule. I felt that the handling of phone calls and appointment setting was handled very professionally. Greg finally made it out to my house and was right on time. He quickly got up on the roof and had an estimate for me in less than 15 min. Greg said he would actually be the one coming back to do the work and it was completed about a week later. Surprisingly they didn't ask for any payment up front or at the time of service but said I would be build. This kind of trust is rare in companies these days and was very refreshing. When I did receive my bill I paid it promptly in kind. They weren't able to match my shingle color exactly which was never a concern for me, but Greg was very up front about the difficulty in finding a close match. It looks great and the price was excellent.
