+ -1 moreOk except two windows were miss measured and had to be installed ten days latter. Aside from that, the windows are of high quality and were put in with great care. The men who did the work were very courteous and cleaned up the work area and were attentive to little details and my requests to small adjustments I pointed out.

Description of Work: Despite the miscommunication at the outset of the project of replacing two windows in my home, Window World did an excellent job. They recommended exactly what I needed, and did not try to sell what I didn't need, and installed the windows expertly and cleanly.

+ -1 moreIt went extremely well, I moved into my home not knowing the colors of paint used and asked them to be very, very careful as I did not want to repaint. I did not have to repaint due to their professionalism and eager to please me. The young men were very polite and courteous and excellent work ethics.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They had one of the best prices. There was a storm shortly after they installed my window. Somehow, a huge crack formed in the window in my kitchen. They were really good to come out and immediatly replace the window. They did a great job with that.

+ 0 moreAfter our excellent experience with Window World who honored a lifetime warrantee for a broken seal in a window they installed in 2005, we found out they also sold drapes and window shades. We made appointments with Lisa to visit them at their showroom and picked out what we wanted. Allan and Lisa came to our condo to measure the windows, then ordered our custom shades. In a short time the shades were in and we arranged for a Saturday installation. Everything went extremely well. Allan and Lisa both were very easy to work with. They delivered what they said they would in a timely manner, and we are thrilled with the results.
Description of Work: Window World measured, ordered and installed window shades on three of our windows in our condo.

+ 0 moreIt was a great experience. Do do business with Window World. Don't do business with Cascade Windows.
Description of Work: Back in 2005, Window World replaced all of the windows in our condo, including the patio sliding door. They did a wonderful job, were very efficient and professional. Then in March of this year (2012) we had our windows professionally cleaned. One of the windows had developed a vapor leak and since we had a lifetime guarantee from Window World, we called them. At first they referred us to Cascade Windows who had purchased the company (LbL) who made our windows. Cascade sent out a tech and verified there was a leak. Then we get a call from Cascade indicating they would be happy to replace the window for about $302. Not bad for a lifetime guarantee! When we spoke to the person at Cascade, she said that Cascade had purchased LbL and their business, but not their guarantees. And she was pretty curt with the answer. So we called Window World back since they had their personal guarantee on the windows. Lisa was very nice and said she would contact Cascade, which she did with the same result. At this point, Lisa said they would take care of the window for no charge. Even after I practically insisted that we pay at least half of the cost, she politely refused any money from us. Allan came out, meaured the window, ordered it, and replaced it in a very timely manner. It was very refreshing to deal with Window World. Their customer service and professionalism is beyond expectations and I recommend them without reservation.

Description of Work: I used Window World-The Inland NW for installing windows about three years ago during the fall of 2009. They installed 6 new windows and a sliding glass door which I purchased from them.
