360 Home Inspection

Description of Work: Carl Bryan arrived before the appointed time and began evaluating the exterior of the house (it was vacant so this did not pose any issues with residents). When I arrived he began the interior inspection allowing me to observe everything and explaining in appropriate detail what he was finding -- both good and bad. Carl took copious notes and was quite thorough while also taking care to respect the integrity of the property and taking pains to avoid causing any damage. Early on he was quick to reiterate what he had explained on the phone. That the inspection process may take up to four hours and that I was welcome to "tag along" but alternatively, he would conduct a walk through following the inspection during which his findings would be thoroughly reviewed. The inspection included the basement and two floors as well as the garage, carport, and front and rear yards. The entire physical structure, electrical system and the plumbing were all evaluated for efficiency, operational integrity, safety, expected lifespan status, and compliance with relevant building and safety codes. Recommendations were made and prioritized according to necessity and safety. At the conclusion of the inspection, Carl went over his findings with me taking care to ensure that my questions were answered thoroughly and that I fully understood the characterizations and observations noted in his written report.
