chimney caps, fireplaces, gas logs
+ 1 moreChad Jensen, the service technician with Andy's Heating & Cooling, arrived promptly this morning. He was very thorough checking and cleaning the fireplace. He explained a few things about the fireplace that we were not aware of. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently. We would definitely call on Andy's in the future.
Description of Work: We've been in our home about 5 yrs now and knew that the gas fireplace was installed in 1995 when the house was built. We had no idea if the fireplace had been serviced during this period but, to be on the safe side, thought we should have it checked.

I tried to contact other providers to do the work, but they would tell me that they didn't want to do it because it wasn't their favorite job, but Andy's came out and they were more than happy to do it. They came out on the day they promised and at the time they promised. Jay is the one that came out. What I liked is that when I called in , the women in the office had me make sure that they were going to be ordering the right parts. They did the prep work for the job and were thorough.
Description of Work: He put a new convection fan in my quadifier gas heating. He installed a remote control for it and completely refurbished my stove.

+ -1 moreTechnician Jay came out to our home, as our fan in our pellet stove was making strange noises. Found out it just took a cleaning. Jay was pleasant and personable - liked to talk about brewing beers and the local areas here as we were both not from this area. Sad part was the conversations we were having with him was on the clock. And got smacked with 3 hours of labor for cleaning out a wood pellet stove. Total Cost over $200.00. They were punctual but don't start up any conversations and watch that clock.
