We had to ask flooring installer back once to fix a small issue and he was agreeable and easily scheduled to do so. We were very happy with Larry, the salesman who took very good care of us and was very responsive. The tile guy was immaculate!

The installers removed the carpeting from one of the rooms and laminate flooring from the other. They were incredibly fast and efficient, and had the old flooring out in record time! Installation of the wood went so quickly; they arrived at about 8:30am, and were gone by 3:00pm the same afternoon. We were very impressed at how fast they were, and how professional at the same time. The floors are perfect. We couldn't be happier. We shopped around in the Coeur d' Alene area, and found a certain wood that we loved at a different store that was pretty pricey. Steven, the owner of Accent Floors, did not sell this particular brand of wood, but was able to contact the representative and get the wood for us anyway, and at a price that saved us money. We so appreciated that he was able to do that for us; we highly recommend this locally-owned "mom and pop" business, and greatly value their honesty and integrity. We absolutely will use them again; we also found them to have the best prices around. Our next-door neighbors recommended Accent Floors and Design to us originally; they used them to install hardwood flooring in their home, and were very pleased with the results. Their floors are lovely.

It was obvious from the start that they were very knowledge about what we needed and offered helpful ideas and suggestions. Unlike other vendors, they actually measured our kitchen drawers and cabinets. We are waiting on their quote and were hoping to be happy with their price.

The work has been fabulous, I've been really, really happy with them. They were on time, they do excellent work. They put in a tile floor and now they are putting in a wood laminate floor for me. It's been great. They are also bringing in a new stone counter top and putting in a new sink. So far the work has been fabulous. I thought they were competitive in their pricing, I've been thrilled - they've been doing an excellent job. If I call, they get back to me immediately.
