Description of Work: Lonnie Jones, the owner, gave me an estimate over the phone of $950 for shoring up my 1087 sq. ft. attic, with baffles, from R20 to R38, the parameters I was given by my house inspector. I had to call him several times to get hold of him, then he gave me a date to come out and give me an estimate, at which he never showed up. After finally reaching him the next day, he said he was sick and had lost my phone number and gave me this high estimate over the phone.

+ -1 moreEverything went great. The truck showed up on schedule and the installer got right to work. He needed two more bags of insulation than estimated (because we wanted it really deep), but it was provided to us for less money than we could buy it anywhere else. There was no extra charge for blowing in the extra 2 bags, either.
Description of Work: Insulate roof of addition to house.
