+ -1 moreFrank stole $20,000 plus from me. I paid him approximately $34,000 to finish my house to completion. He finished about 1/5 of the work. Kept putting off work to do other jobs on the side not making mine a priority. Once I paid him, he saw the opportunity to steal and take it as he did in which he did. He has a criminal record in the state of Idaho for Felony Grand Theft, trying to steal illegally his dad's estate. No matter what his excuse is for it, he still illegally did what he did, was a criminal then and still is now. I want the money back Frank you knowingly and heartlessly stole from me. You took back product too that was to be part of our agreement. You wronged me big time. Are hiding your assets as before under your ex wife who escaped you and when she saw you had money again stealing it from me if the case she came back to you? was going to come back to you from Louisana or Alabama area anyway. Doesn't matter. Just give me back the money you stole from me.

Description of Work: They were contracted to stain my outdoor patio deck. They chose to do the work when there was some wind, and it was beginning to get dark. There was excessive overspray all over my TREX decking, Spa, and numerous other items nearby. The estimate was $1400, but I only paid him $800 after he attempted to clean everything up.

+ -1 moreThe painters started the actual work of spraying paint late in the day, and when the sun went down they asked me to turn on my flood lights in the back so they could see better. They wanted to finish the job before they left for the day. A wind came up after sundown, and caused overspray everywhere, including the TREX decking, numerous items on the ground below, including a lawn tractor. This damage was not realized fully until the next morning. The owner then spent the better part of 3 days attempting to remove the damage. The evidence still remains today. I never did see the painters again. I paid the contractor $700 of the $1400 estimate before the work started. and refused to pay the balance.
Description of Work: They were hired to restain my back deck which is a 1000 Sq foot elevated deck with a stairway to the ground elevation. The work included railing and supporting posts and decorative rails. The flooring of the deck is TREX. The contractor put down drop cloths on the entire area including a Jacuzzi, patio furniture and a BBQ. the actual stain was applied with pressure sprayers. The date above is estimated.

+ -1 moreThe next morning I inspected the job to find paint over spray on all surfaces and objects withing several feet of the area to be painted. The TREX deck on the patio had numerous paint drops and over sprays where the drop cloth was not secured properly. My garden tractor was over sprayed. The two satellite disks were over sprayed. The contractor attempted to clean up, but gave up and never returned. I refused to pay the remaining balance.
Description of Work: Expressive Stain & Paint was contracted to repaint my deck railing and balisters at an estimate of $1400. The area was prepared by pressure spraying and then masking. Painting began late in the day when the wind was starting to blow. The work was not completed until after dark under patio lights.
