+ -1 moreExplaned above, but was right on budget after meeting with him and deciding what I could/could not afford to have him do. Great work, gives accurate bids and works within bid pricing. Always asks about upgrading or over pricing due to increase in product or work change prior to just doing the work. Always know where you stand financially with this company.
Description of Work: Originally used this contractor for cement work in fall of 2011. Then used him, best bid, for a garage and family room addition. Did great work and always was amenable to changes needed/required to make things work. Had a door that kept leaking, and he came back and fixed it with no questions asked. Great overall remodeler, doing everything from framing to siding. Definately use this company again.

Description of Work: Very good work, freindly and does not go over bid estimate unless you add additional items to it. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. Would reccomend to do any remodel or construction work. Great job and very happy with the work.
