Day 1- dig holes, place and true posts, install concrete. Day 2- paint posts, drill holes and install custom shade sail. We are happy to be able to use our deck during the hot part of the day. Still allows breeze and a light outdoor feeling. The sail does not bother birds or other visitors. We highly recommend this company and continue to use them (new windows, major renovation for master bedroom suite, etc.)

To begin with, Nick worked with us over a period of weeks to develop the best use of the space and was particularly helpful with the reorganizing of a smallish master bath to have much more storage and a walk in shower. Unlike other builders they were willing to allow us to do the demolition and participate in some of the work (honestly, I should have paid him for all his instruction!). We wound up with a beautiful bath with new cabinets (floor to ceiling built in) and a very nice walk in shower with multiple heads. The spouse now has a home office with a great view of the back yard, the MBR has more light and is plenty large for us. All in all this was a studs in renovation - great coordination of subs who were all quality and willing to make adjustments. I can't think of anything negative except that it IS living in a renovation (can you say dust!). Completion took a bit longer than originally planned but that was the owner's fault (us) due to several change orders- most of which resulted in little or no extra expense. (Best recommendation- he's been back 3 times now for other small things including a roof leak designed in by our original builder).

Went very well. Completed work in less than two days. End product was better than anticipated. Cannot tell where the large recessed lighting fixture was. Textured ceiling and paint perfect in all respects. Friends and family all impressed.
