Project was completed on time

They had absolutely no idea what they were doing. In fact, a few years ago it took them an entire day to install a mini split because they kept saying they were cold and went to hide in their van to get high. We had to finish the job. They also tried to triple her on her furnace, but Home Depot took care of that. Not the people at Right Now, but customer service took care of it all. The list could go on, but ever since Apex bought them out, they've gone to shit. ????

If you want an unprofessional, rude, and disreputable organization, then Right Now Heating and Cooling is the company for you. My 90 yr. and hard of hearing mother with limited income called after seeing their ad in the local paper to have her home furnace checked, and the tech (who makes commissions on sales) talked her into a $8,200 sale. The tech sold her a (unnecessary) new water heater along with furnace on ?special? financing. And the nightmare begins. May 2022 ? Installation of furnace and American Standard water heater. Nov 2022 ? no hot water as pilot light out would not start. Tech returned 4 days later to replace burner assembly. Jan 2023 ? no hot water, tech replaced gas valve and burner assembly. Nov 2023 ? no hot water as pilot went out. Nov 2023 ? no hot water etc. March 2024 ? no hot water. This is Friday before Easter Sunday. The scheduling dept want $79 + credit card on file before sending a tech (to be continued on next post)

You could not ask for better or more professional service personnel,

The technician was prompt and did a great job. Called beforehand to let us know he was coming. However, being charged $687.00 to put in a new faucet is beyond excessive. I feel like I was ripped off. I'm disabled and on a very fixed income. This really hurt. Don't know that I'll use them for future needs.

I liked how quick Right Now Heating & Air installed the system. I also liked that they kept their word without arguing about the small things. I did not like the way they set up the system, especially for the price.

Quick and efficient

The install went great. It was the service after the install that was lacking. I've had an issue with one of the units since it was installed. It made a lot of noise. They cam out at least six times to work on it and still nothing changed. I finally just gave up. The first guy told me he would be back and never showed up again. He told the company he had fixed the issue but hadn't done anything. Two of the repairmen didn't have white caulking on their truck. I kept having to call back in. Recently it started dripping water inside the house. Instead of calling I pulled off the moulding and discovered the water line had pulled apart and had been held together with a few wraps of electrical tape. I wold recommend the company however you need to really stay on them if there is an issue.

The main installer was very informative. Even answered questions regarding the heater. Very kind and professional. Will continue using them for my HVAC Service.
