Right Now Heating & Air

Our furnace quit working on Christmas day. Repair technician was willing to try to repair our obsolete unit, but we opted to replace furnace/AC unit as we knew they were on their last legs anyway. Tech left us with space heaters (THANK YOU!) and service men were right on time the next morning. They worked all day in the frigid weather without complaint and did a great job. I would highly recommend Right Now!

They have great financing

I have used right now for several years on several projects. I have found that their servicemen are clean, efficient, and know what they are doing. The servicemen are willing to take the time to explain what they are doing, and they will explain how the system works. They are time with their appointed times. All of the servicemen that I have met are friendly and willing to help.

Second time I've hired Right Now and they did not disappoint. Put my ac/furnace in last fall and a new tankless water heater most recent. The difference between electric and gas is night and day. The unit itself is not inexpensive, but I was tired of burning out less expensive electric units in a home that isn't all that big. The techs are always prompt, polite, and are respectful of the home environment. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Hope I don't have to, but would if I did.

Right Now took time to listen to our needs and cumstimized a heating air system that met our needs. Installers were polite, timely and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. Mario took time to review the system and help us setup the thermostat

I got a call 5 minutes after filling out the form on HomeAdvisor website. Right Now was at my house the next morning. My new AC and Heat pump was installed that afternoon. I have recommended them to one of my neighbors. Their customer service is great!

This company completely understood my situation in regards to having a hot water heater fail. The receptionist and crew dispatcher Gary, were the best to work with and had there crew, all parts and supplies to complete the job out the same day. They worked with me to give me the best price, had a quick response time and we're all expertise in their profession. "The Guys were all great. They even wore booties over their shoes when coming into the house. " "Thank you all."

Great work! Should have scheduled to come back and complete install instead of staying till 1am.

Better explanation of the system installed and how it works

I had other contractors bid on the project. Only Right Now took the time to look everything over, explain the air conditioner system and volunteer to add a vent to our bedroom. He explained the quality of the different products. They were by far the least expensive and we now have a top quality unit and the annual service is much less expensive.

They were quick to respond for a quote and schedule service. They were slightly higher than the competition. but I was impressed by customer service and HVAC Technicians.

They were able to do the work that I requested but were able to help me complete more insulation/attic solar fan which were also needed and packaged at a very affordable price. They came over in a timely manner and completed the job quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. I had a slight problem with the install and they quickly came back out to correct the problem. I am looking forward to a more efficient unit and lower heating/air conditioning bills.

Right Now Heating & Air was quick to response to fix my family's need of getting a new air conditioning unit installed. When their competitor told us we would have to wait at least a week before receiving a replacement. With Right Now Heating & Air Conditioning we had a new unit install the next day but if we had called them earlier in the day a Sunday we could have had the air conditioning unit installed that same day. Fantastic! Customer service, Sale representation, as well as installation.

I got several quotes and there's was the best value for quality equipment, don't use Sears!!
