Deceptive. Do not trust! They deceptively open a credit account with fees.

It was a nightmare! In December, I had water poring uncontrollably from a hose located above my humidifier, a problem which started as soon as I removed the humidifier's filter. I had to continually fill up water glasses--one after another--to prevent the water from going down into the furnace itself, where there were a lot of wires. When I called Right Now, they told me they had other calls ahead of me due to the very cold temperature. I was sympathetic, of course, but I had a very dangerous situation not to mention my furnace would have been ruined entirely--and by their BAD advice. It took well over an hour to get someone out, who knew about as much about furnaces as I did and only confirmed that there was no shut-off valve located anywhere we could see. The company then sent out a technician who appeared to know about furnaces, but did not solve the problem. Worse, the guy came who came out, supposedly diagnosed the problem and corrected it by (as he stated) using some workaround. That was all fine, except I also had been having extreme humidity problems in the house (causing damage to the paint on my windows and moisture damage to one wall), which I had mentioned to the guy, and which was not corrected by his visit. The leak the guy had supposedly fixed was NOT fixed as it turned out. A month later, United Water told me they could tell there was a leak somewhere in my house so I called my plumber, who was able to track the leak to the humidifier! I then called Jim's, who came out and noted that not only was the solenoid valve not fixed (although Right Now said they fixed it) but water was dripping down through the humidifier causing the moisture problem, plus the thermostat was broken! Of course, I had to pay Jim's over $100 to find this out. So, this company cost me over $260 for NOTHING. The water to the humidifier is now shut off and I've had no further moisture issues. I just spent $260 for nothing. I would never recommend Right Now.

Outstanding customer service from the 1st phone call to the young man who did the servicing. Very very happy.

They came out to my mother in laws on Friday and informed her that she needed a new furnace. On Saturday, they sent a different guy. I requested for him to show me why she needed a new furnace. He took the furnace apart and admitted he could not find a reason why the first guy had said she needed a new furnace. They did agree to send the $49.00 charge back to her.

The customer service rep was very helpful, friendly, and professional in working with us to set up a convenient appointment. A return call was made to confirm. The service technician, Eric, called before arrival. He arrived on time in company truck and was dressed in a company uniform. He was professional and knowledgable. He wore shoe covers while in the house. More important, to me anyway, he was friendly and engaging. He explained what he was doing and gave us options as to how we might want to proceed. Our AC unit is about 15 years old and has been repaired in the past, but at no time did our tech "pressure" us into buying a new unit. We were given a written description of the inspections performed as well as cost to either repair in the future or purchase new at a later date. The only slight misgiving I have is that I did want to see how he drained the water heater, but he was finished with that before I was able to ask. In summary, I would hire Right Now for future HVAC needs.

They determined that the AC unit had burned out prematurely, apparently due to older wiring that was in place prior to their installation. They replaced the defective unit and also had an electrician come out and replace the circuit, all at their expense. Everything was handled very professionally. The problem occurred on a Friday night after normal business hours.l When we called them, I was pleasantly surprised to find the call answered by someone from RightNow (not an answering service), and they had someone out to the house Saturday morning to diagnose the problem, and installers out to replace the failing unit the following Monday.

Went well except for the following: 1) Did not show anyone in the family what he was doing or why. 2) Improperly charged a service call fee. I complained about the process and was refunded my overcharges and a bit more.

They were excellent. Their pricing was really good. They came highly recommended to us.

They came out to give us a quote and they informed us of all the training they had. They called to make sure the appointment was set. When they showed up they were professional and clean no cussing or swearing. They cleaned up after themselves and I would use them again in the future.

We started with Right Now when they replaced our heat pump since then it has been all down hill. We signed up with them to do the twice a year maintenance on the system and the first year they called and scheduled the service. At the second, third and fourth years we had to call them and remind them both spring and fall and invariably them would say they have no record of us due to a change in something, staff, computer program, etc. and it would several weeks before they have someone available. The work was good and thorough but getting them here was a challenge

They are excellent. I would use them again.

My air conditioner was not working and called Right Now to come take a look. They came within an hour and after taking a 5 minute look, told me my air conditioner was "gone" and needed to be replaced as they only last around 12 years w/o maintenance (I have never had maintenance done on it) and it was 12 years old. The serviceman then recommended I replace my furnace as well so that they match in performance ability. After a 30 minute sales pitch, I was quoted between $7500-$10K for the whole job and because I had a phone book coupon, paid nothing (thankfully!) and started looking for a second opinion. I then called Brian from Eagle Heating and Air and he came out the next day to find that my air conditioner had a cut electrical cord that he fixed and my unit was serviced and I now have air coming into my house 20 degrees colder than before at a price tag of $270!! Right Now is a joke and hope the next person doesn't waste their time with service men that only want to sell me new when semi-old can be fixed!

My overall experience with Right Now Heating & Cooling was the best I have ever had with an HVAC company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Installed an overpriced part for overpriced labor. We did not appreciate his attitude when I mentioned I had researched the part price and found it to be quite a bit lower.

They did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves completely, left the house, garage, and outside clean. They even hauled off our Christmas tree that we hadn't gotten around to dumping yet. They did arrive a little late, but stuck around late into the evening to ensure that everything was done thoroughly before they left.

It was a nightmare!!! They provided a financing option which they did not follow through on their end. They then told me that there was nothing they could do even though I had it in writing of what the charges would be per month. They did cut me a check for a couple hundred dollars, but this didn't even begin to cover the difference. This also took MONTHS to get that check because they refused to return my calls on all the issues that we had! They also lied to me on the size of the air conditioning unit that was needed for my home. This ended up costing a couple thousand dollars more than what it should have been. They were months deliquent on getting the city inspection done, and I ended up having to drop everything around the Thanksgiving holiday so we could get that done.

We have one of their technicians, Mike Keeton, generally handles our work. He is fantastic and does great work. He always wears footies and comes out quickly within a day if they can. They have fast response time. We have them check out our A/C and furnace twice a year and they remind us when that time is coming up. I have no complaints. We also used Mike Wolken and he's equally as good.

Kelly has done work on my heater before. He knew that there was a problem earlier, but he forgotten about it. When it came time to replace it, he said it was free. I've been very impressed with the work they've done. They are not cheap.

They have been awesome! We have a contract with Right Now, and they come out to do maintenance on the air conditioner, and heater twice a year. They have a program where you pay $16 per month and you get 50% off parts and labor. It's always expensive when you loose a heater or air conditioner. It would have probably cost us 3 times as much, had we not been on the program. We have been using them for a couple of years, and they have a ton of people working for them. I will always use them.

We received and advertisement in the mail for a great deal on a Heating and Air Contioner units for our home. Right Now sent over their sales person who was very professional, but didn't actually have a clue about the installation of their product. We decided to get both the heater and A/C installed, because like I said, it was a fantastic deal. 4 days later, at 9am the techs showed up, and stayed until 11pm that night (they promised it could all be done in one day, someone needs to reevalute their work days). We have an older house, so we knew the day may not be perfect. The techs stood on top of our chest freezer to install this vinyl tubing you need to drain the condensation from the Air Conditioning coil. They dented it pretty badly!! Also the vinyl tubing was very loose in some areas and kinked in others. They forgot to attach some of the duct worked and when I touched it (Barely put one finger on the edge of one piece) it fell to the floor. They had to remove some ceiling tiles for the A/C unit lines, and they proceeded to throw them out in the garbage, so we now have a hole in our ceiling in our basement, with no way to fix it. In fairness, our house is a little older, so we thought ok, no install goes perfectly. They had to come back for the final inspection and fix those other issues. The new tech apologized but couldn't really help on the ceiling and the freezer (he gave us a free hepa filter). He did say that he couldn't understand why the vinyl tubing was installed like it was and he would fix it!!! As we inspected the units and installs I noticed that the entire top of the outdoor portion of the A/C unit was dented in, like someone had dropped it off the truck. But those "all day" techs installed it anyway, probably because they saved it for last and it was 11pm. So a few days later, he came back and replaced the top of the A/C and it looked new again. A week later the entire coil unit on the A/C (this is the indoor portion of the A/C) cracked and started leaking water all over our basement. We called in, and they sent a tech over. This new tech found the problem, and said it would take a day to get the new coil, so he'd be back to replace it. He also noticed the vinyl tubing and said, he couldn't understand why it was installed like it was and he would fix it!!! (mind you this is the 3rd time they are going to "fix it"). They came the next day, spent over 4 hours fixing the coil and got our A/C unit running. A few days later they came back again as they forgot to tighten all the fittings and our A/C was again down. For Roughly the last 5 weeks we have had a Right Now Heating tech at our home. This has been a nightmare to this point right? So we decided to call the owner, 8 days ago... and no return phone call yet. Great Service guys!Moral to the Story? Yep you guessed it!!!! IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS!!!!

They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would. They were polite and knowledgeable and they were professionals.

They are great. We have used them for the past several years for our annual heating and air conditioning tune up. they come out with a check list, complete it, let us know of any issues that arise. We can't be happier with the work they do.
