Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

We had Right Now come out to provide an estimate to replace our furnace and A/C unit (it recently had gone out). Their estimate was nearly twice what we finally paid with another company (we put in both for $5,500 and their first quote was $10,500 for a less efficient furnace). Not only were they higher – after we told them we had received a lower estimate they immediately said they would match the price (indicating that they were hoping I never would receive a lower quote). After I told them I was not interested in working with them as their matching the price indicated how much they were price gouging us – they proceeded to call my wife to see if she could persuade me into going back to them and their “outstanding price”. Beware going with this company – and NEVER trust them as your only estimate.

It went very smoothly and we would recommend Right Now Htg. to anyone with an HVAC need.

They arrived on time and were extremely focused on the project. The Boise Inspector inspected the next day and said they "did a good job".

Very well, salesperson and technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They were on time, and very careful to maintain cleanliness. They lay tarps over the floors in their walking and work areas, and wore shoe coverings while inside. An unforeseen problem arose after installation, and after one phone call a time of my choosing was set for them to come out and re-route a vent pipe. Again, they were on time, very professional and protective of the house. The job was completed and we have been very satisfied. We are very happy with our choosing Right Now Heating and Air and would recommend them in a minute.

Right Now Heating's service was extremely prompt, professional, and convenient. They worked around my hectic schedule throughout the installation process; and left my home cleaner than before they started. I was most impressed with how their technicians worked through and handled unforeseen installation obstacles without complaint or extra/surprise charges.

It went very well. Right Now came out immediately and did the removal and installation in a matter of hours so we could have hot water again. We couldn't be happier with their service or professionalism. The price we paid was more then I expected for this type of work, but when you need hot water the cost becomes less important.

Right Now Heating and Air was a great company to have come and clean out our vents, add insulation in our attic space and also add an additional vent in our kitchen/dining room area. The workers were efficient with their time and they got the work done when they said they would. They were respectful to us. There was a bit of a mess in some of the rooms when they cleaned out the vents but overall, they were a good company to work with. I also was impressed with them reaching out to us when we had commented about our insulation in our door falling out due to the weather being too cold when they put it in. They called us back and asked when they could come and fix that for us. Because of their respect and willingness to help us the customer, I would recommend them if anyone needs vents cleaned, furnace or air conditioner looked at.

It went well. They were hereon time and were polite. They even put on booties when the had to enter my house.

They installed in one day and cleaned up afterwards. They were respectful. Even had to shovel a path through the snow and ice.

Right Now .....Now sets the standard for overall quality of service and workmanship in their field. I'm a new customer who had a furnace installed last week. Could not ask for a better job.

They gave us an estimate on Friday, compared to the other 2 estimates we got a SUPER GREAT deal for both the furnace and hot water heater, so we excepted their offer Monday afternoon. Our new furnace and hot water heater were up and running by Wednesday afternoon :) They Were super nice and efficient and we are very please with their workmanship, customer service and the products.

Right Now Heating and Air was "RIGHT NOW" They analized our old furnace last year and recommended we consider a new one or at least replace some parts of the old furnace as soon as we could. They were very professional and curtious. I prefered to wait one year, and just as they had said, they followed up with me about a year later. The representative visited with me about my options and helped me determin the best value and quality for my budget. It was a Thursday that we had visited. We agreed to change the furnace out on the next Sunday. I said that's a bit unusual, do you work on Sundays too? Isac (the Representative) responded that we want to make it work best for your schedule. My schedule was a bit hectic, and I wanted to be there when they did the work. They allways called and let us know they were on the way and let us know about what time they would arrive. The technicians arrived at 9 am Sunday morning and were finished by 4 in the afternoon. They worked hard and only took about a 15 minute break for lunch. I was impressed. We love the new furnace! Thanks Right Now Heating and Air.!!

very well, tough conditions on the water softener installation with the weather and all. furnace was a bit of a problem with an intermittent sensor connection to one of the circuit boards.

The installation went very well. The technicians were well trained and very professional during the work. They were on time, very courteous and respectful of taking care of our home while working. They worked all the time necessary to complete the installation and testing of the new equipment and did not leave until it was done.

All items were installed at various times but always on time when we were told they would be here. They always call ahead and the service men have all been professional and done their job without disturbances to us when working in the house or outside.

She was told they could not come out until 9 am Friday and that she should just go to the store and buy a space heater. Are you freaking kidding me??!? What a disgusting company!

They're very good. It was an excellent job. We get a really good price for a yearly maintenance as well.
