Very nice folks. Easy to work with, good attitude, hard workers. The project was complicated and included crushing our septic tank, installing a new tank and grinder unit, hooking us up to the city sewer and landscaping our yard where holes and trench were dug. Only downside was it went a little slower than we expected. Good communication during the project.

I found the actual project went ok and they passes the inspections but my yard was a disaster afterwards.They were supposed to remove at least part of the dirt left over from putting in the new drain field they took a small amount, 2-3 trailerloads, but i still have 80+ yards of dirt in my back yard. I asked them to level the yard close to what it was before and they made several attempts. I still have to dig 6-9 inches of dirt out over a 35x55 area by hand as there is a lot of drain rock in with the dirt, no shovel will work. I would use them to clean my septic tank maybe but would have an iron clad contract with everything spelled out and not just having it noted on an estimate Also stating how the property will be left when the job is completed. My drainfield cost $9500 to be replaced.

Outstanding service. Prompt communication and professional. I had a broken septic lid and they had to go and pick one up. Told me they would be back the next morning. To my amazement, they returned a short while later that same day and replaced the lid. Made the cost very affordable. Top shelf company!!

During the pumping of the tank it was discovered that both baffles needed to be replaced and the drain field needed to be serviced. Jim was very professional and explained everything that would be done to fix the problem. His pricing was fair and upfront and he was able to fix the problem the next week. The crew that worked on the project in the cold were respectful and friendly.
