Sean was punctual and worked with my wife to assess the problem and advise us not to change an old shut off valve but to get a long wrench to shut off at the street instead. He assessed our basement leak problem and recommended getting as much rainwater away from the foundation as possible. My wife indicated he was a super nice person, spent quite a bit of time here, and did not charge us for his recommendations. When I do need a plumber, Sean will be my go to person.

+ -1 moreHe's very conscientious. He is very pleasant. He does what he says he's gonna do. He is reasonably priced. We will definitely use him and would recommend him. There was just one time when I called him and left a message and he didn't get back quite as soon as I thought, but given how many times we've called him and he's been right on it. He may have been out of town or something. He's a very small business so usually his wife answers the phone and is the office.
Description of Work: We have used High-Ten Plumbing. We had a house that was not occupied and it needed to be winterized for the winter.
