Guardian Home Inspection

Travis set up the equipment when he was at the house, during the home inspection a couple of days ago (see separate review for the home inspection). As the test needed to be done over a 48-hour time frame, he updated the report originally provided with the results of the radon test. We didn't have to prompt him at all. "Magically" an email with a link to the new report was received on the date we'd been told. Such a pleasure dealing with professionals who deliver what was mutually agreed upon.

Travis showed up on time and went through the house, documenting as he went. We received a phone call a few hours after he concluded the inspection, during which he shared his findings. We subsequently received a copy of the written report (including pictures from both a normal and a infrared, or thermal, camera). It was very helpful that he annotated the pictures with arrows, which not only supported his findings, but also linked to his descriptions-improving understandability.
