The entire process was quite easy. Ken, an extremely personable guy, arrived to provide a quote on time. He was very professional and easy to work with. The installation involved neighbors on both sides and he managed all personalities and requests with grace and ease. There were several nuances he needed to address since this was a 30 year old fence being replaced and weird things had been added/removed in that time. Ken was able to communicate all changes that needed to be made to accommodate terrain, etc. He left the property looking cleaner and better than when he arrived and always ensured our dog was not wandering out and about when the fence was down. I received three quotes and Ken, by far, beat every single one on all measures important to me.

Very well. The crew arrived on time. They demolished the old fence, hauled it away, and sunk the new fence posts on the first day. The fence posts were sunk in concrete, and were made of pressure treated wood. On the second day, they added the slats, cross members, and gates. Great work, no accidents, and finished on time.

Ken was wonderful. We had a wood fence on our property that was falling down and we had many issues with tree roots. We also were doing landscaping at the time. Ken worked around everything and worked with the other contractor. We also had a shared fence situation and that went smoothly. Now, we have a beautiful Vinyl redwood fence that they neighbors are giving us complements on. Thanks Ken!

JPC Fence built a gorgeous wood fence and gate for me. I had several companies come out to give bids and ultimately chose JPC. Ken (the owner) answered all of my questions and provided several options, clearly explaining how much the fence would cost based on the options I selected. He also provided a quote immediately after visiting my property, which is something that none of the other companies did. It was very easy to communicate with Ken and he made the process easy. During the install, Ken and his uncle were a pleasure to deal with. JPC Fence gets an A+ for customer service and craftsmanship. Very highly recommended!

Ken had a complete understanding of all the materials and different needs we had in various places in the yard. He came in toward the end of a complete yard renovation and after our outdoor contractor was unable to address (their sub-contractor bailed) the fencing and gates pieces they had committed to complete. He slid us into our schedule as if he had been part of the plan from the beginning, working on weekends and into some evenings to both help us and keep his other commitments on track. He REALLY works hard to keep his customers happy with their jobs. In addition to the attention he gave us, Ken worked extremely well with the outdoor foreman although he was under no obligation to do so. An example: our outdoor reno was estimated to be about a 4-5 month project at contract signing which actually ended up as 8-9 months with schedules and deadlines constantly ignored or dismissed entirely. Ken, in contrast, told me only one date that he couldn't/didn't fulfill EXACTLY as committed. On that day - a Wednesday morning at about 6:30 - he called and said that an incorrect part had been included in a supply shipment. The solution was, regrettably, going to cause a delay of 3 days and that he would be there on Saturday morning to complete it. And that's what happened. I could and would never ask for any more than that! He just wants everyone satisfied and seems to consistently make a conscious choice to reduce stress and enjoy the day rather than add to stress (which always seems to be part of remodeling/renovation projects) and off-load his challenges onto everyone around him. He is an expert at what he does and a pleasure to work with.

Ken got back to me very quickly with an estimate. They were able to start the project in a timely manner. The owner, Ken and two other men personally did the work. They showed up every day when they said they would - which is a big deal now days! They finished on time. The area was cleaned up and all the old fence was hauled away. A couple of days ago I had to call because we noticed a cap was missing on an area of the fence and they came out the next day to fix it. I call this great customer service! In fact, what sold me on this company from the very beginning was their customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Ken and his workers were great! They came out and gave us a estimate within a day we called him. He told us exactly when he could start and when he would finish. They were prompt, courteous and finished on time!!! He knew that we were a little particular with the finishing of the fence and he made sure that along the way, if he had any questions about the finish, he would ask before he completed it! Because of this attention to detail, our fence turned out beautiful.
