If you need professional plumbing services call C.R. Higer Plumbing Inc. I had a water leak on the water inlet line from the city to my house on end next to house. Higer Plumbing came out & gave me a very competitive bid with 30 minutes. They did the work the next day, coming in UNDER bid & with labor saving cost I had them put in a new below-frost-line outdoor faucet. They were extremely friendly, professional, & knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I am a very happy & grateful customer. If you live in the Caldwell, Id area i HIGHLY recommend this plumbing service.

I called the office in the afternoon and told them that our water heater had gone out. Colby Scott came over after his regular work hours and took the water heater apart and tested several different parts and found the one that wasn't working and replaced it. We asked if we should just get a new water heater. He said that that probably wasn't necessary and that what we had would probably last a few more years. He also said to call him when we did want to replace it and he would give us his opinion as to what he thought would be the best one for our needs. How refreshing to not have a company try to up-sell a new product and just be honest. He cleaned up and moved everything back in the garage. A week or so later we received his bill and I was very very pleased at how reasonable it was, especially considering that the service call was after hours. We have had Higer's install our dishwasher and replace the faucet in our kitchen. Wouldn't consider using any other plumbing company. Thomas Gleason

I had a hard time finding one to do this job as my business required me to do it. They responded quickly and they were here when they said they would be. He was young, very friendly and took care of it. I would recommend them to others. He explained a lot of what and why he was doing it. He was genuine and respectful of my property.
