Adrian showed up on time to inspect the air conditioning system in my home. He explained what he was going to do, showed me how to clean the permanent filter regularly, and respectfully answered all of my novice homeowner's questions. He will return at the end of September to check out the heating system. I highly recommend Big Sky Heating and Air Conditioning.

Overall it was a very good experience and I will call them again next year. The only thing which would have been better is if he would have helped me move the furniture which we had to move for him to get to the heater/ac.

Adrian arrived on time and explained the service he was going to perform. While checking the furnace he explained that the main circuit board had some hot spots and may need to be replaced in the future. We asked him if he could find a replacement and he did. Adrian checked and cleaned the A/C unit and told us it was running well. Adrian was very professional and a pleasure to work with!

Exceptional service and professionalism! Adrian was very responsive. He listened, asked questions and made appropriate recommendations. He was on time to the appointment to fix my A/C. Evaluation of the system for performance and annual cleaning.

Adrian from Big Sky did an awesome job of getting our home's air conditioning working again. Adrian was on time, called ahead and did a professional job. I was expecting to hear that I needed an new system as ours is almost 25 years old. Turns out it just needed new refrigerant and sealed for leaks. Now it blows colder than it has in years. Super happy. Would recommend and use again.

Checked a problem with the furnace always running. Did not have to repair anything.

Technician was on time and very professional. He thoroughly cleaned the units, replaced the filters for us, checked the thermostat and balanced the system. He also adjusted the settings on the blower to push more air through the system and adjusted the airflow in two spaces which previously would not stay cool. Those rooms are now nearly the same temperature as the rest of the house. I will definitely call Big Sky again.

This is the third time we've used Big Sky. The first was for a simple furnace tune-up, which went well. They came back to replace a portion of the flue which was cheaply made and resulted in substantial heat loss. The last visit was for a rattly, end-of-life blower motor. They very carefully gave us all our options and even found a generic motor that saved us about $200. They told us what a new furnace would cost but never pushed us toward that option. Other companies may have, as our furnace is quite old. Overall, my wife and I are very impressed with their work.

It was excellent. I only met one worker and that was Adrian. He did my initial report. I was really impressed with him and I still am. It took him less than an hour to do the job. They are professional and punctual. They are easy to like and work with.

Measured and verified levels of airflow from all the primary vents in the house. Verified thermostat functionality in conjunction with Central Heating unit operation. It went very well. Adrian showed me how to by pass heat pump for more cost-efficient heating and activated the recirculation feature on the tankless water heater that the previous service company had told me didn't exist.

They were able to meet my scheduling needs in setting up the appointment. Adrian called ahead to give me notice & was on time. He was dressed in company uniform & very professional. It took him about an hour to provide the service. He noticed a couple items that were still functioning properly but showed some signs of wear to keep an eye on. He made some adjustments to get a little more air to the upsatirs bonus room & made a suggestion for an adjustment to the air flow that I could make in the winter. Excellent overall experience. Would definitely use their service in the future & highly recommed.

Adrian of Big Sky was prompt, courteous, and surprisingly cheerful throughout the course of this work. Everything was completed on schedule, even though the torturous and limited access in the various crawl spaces under the house presented a myriad of challenges. A couple of times, these access problems required an initial plan for ducting to be abandoned but Adrian always had a workable solution, and we were kept well informed. The system is in, operating, tested, and we couldn't be happier. I'd recommend Big Sky Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing prompt, efficient and honest HVAC work.

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and checked the furnace including bleeding the injector, replacing the filter, and cleaned the heat pump coils. He then tested the system including checking all the floor vents for function. Excellent job overall that lasted over an hour.
