Description of Work: Adrian was a class act. We needed a large new unit(5 ton) and paid 3100$. Affordable and Quality. I had a neighbor get a similar unit from someone else for $11,000. Use a company like this not the overcharging company, and keep quality and honest people busy NOT the rip off company. Big Sky Rocks!

Description of Work: I had their $89 special for a furnace tune-up right after I bought my new house. The furnace hadn't been serviced for I am not sure how long, and I wanted to make sure everything was in working order. I have used them before for a similar special and couldn't have been happier the first time. Adrian did a great job again and as always went above and beyond. I read the manual, and gave him the filter size, or so I thought, for which we later found out was the wrong size and he went all the back to his office and grabbed a couple for me, it was appreciated! I would suggest him to anyone looking for an HVAC service and will definitely use him again! |

Description of Work: Rewired the controls, as they were wired incorrectly when the house was built. Adrian spent almost three hours going over the entire AC system, to correct all the problems. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant to talk to, explaining everything thoroughly. He even changed the furnace filter. He found the reasons for other issues and promised a quote to get them taken care of. I will absolutely have Big Sky/Adrian back to do the other work.

Description of Work: I chose Big Sky based on the reviews from Angie's list. My heat pump was only blowing cold air during the recent freezing weather. I figured I would have to wait several days for him during the cold snap. However, he came as soon as he finished the job he was on, so was here within an hour or so. He was very polite, professional and quick. He repaired the necessary part, cleaned up under my furnace and I was quickly nice an warm. I told him I would like him to come back in the spring to clean my heat pump. He was very nice and I was impressed with him. I would use him again. My heat pump was only blowing out cold air during the recent freezing weather. I found Big Sky by checking referrals on Angie's list. I'm glad I did. He was at my house within a hour or so, analyzed the problem, replaced the part, and I was nice and comfy in short order. He cleaned up the area and was finished quickly. I thought he was very nice, very professional and I was impressed with him and the service he provided. I will use him again next spring to clean my heat pump.
