+ -1 moreNow on 2/8/12, I cannot get anyone to respond. See above. Initially, the service, part ordering and followup was good, but it is lacking now for another follow up.
Description of Work: I had a microwave that the motor had problems. A part was replaced and it worked just fine.........till now, 2/8/12. I have called their number to get a follow up as the part was replaced with a new part. I have called several times, and the call just goes to an answering machine, with no mention to the company. It is my feeling that the company no longer exists......but at least they could call to tell me they are no longer in business. I was hopeful for the company, as they were very good in the beginning as you can see by my grading. But follow up is poor.
