About us

I can appraise anything that moves or can be moved. I can travel short or long distances, I have never been 2nd guessed or questioned on an appraisal. I have been doing appraisals for 12yrs. I can appraise at you location or I have done them at auctions or at business locations. Everyone that has purchased my services have been very satisfied and have told friends and neighbors about me. I do time wise appraisals but thorough, prices for appraisals is based on item or items to be appraised I am very efficient and thorough. I ask for a small % up front (good faith money by the client) and the rest when appraisal is complete and the client is satisfied with the results or payments can be worked out before appraisal is started as agreed to by both parties. I am available 24/7 by cell or landline phone or e-mail.

I can do houses prefab, trailer, or houses built from the ground up. I can also do farm and ranch property. Mr. Thomas' work is very well detailed and according to required documentation that's needed in todays rules and policy to protect all the seller, buyer, consumer, and the government.
Description of Work: Cost estimate/Appraisal, on John Deere tractors, hay equipment and Cattle handling equipment. We are grass root producers of quality livestock and hay. With the field knowledge of appraising and equipment detail inspection for the rancher and Farmers I highly recommend Mr. Tom Thomas. Mr. Thomas is an Appraiser for private party and Government programs and his knowledge in giving a detail weather conditions on site visit and inspection of needed information to support the need in todays economy is a goal we expect from the work he provides.
